Profibus主要用于工厂自动化车间级监控和现场设备层数据通信。在实际工程应用中，丢站是基于Profibus现场总线技术的现场总线控制系统( FCS)的常见故障。导致丢站的原因有很多，分析认为外界干扰尤其电磁干扰( EMI)和接地系统问题是主要因素。通过Profibus网络试验平台对丢站因素和机理进行研究，找出导致丢站的原因。结合实际工程项目应用，提出了相应的工程解决方案，为Profibus网络系统的稳定运行提供了保障。

Profibus is mainly used in factory automation workshop level monitoring and for data communication in layer of field devices. In practical engineering applications, losing stations is the common fault in fieldbus control system ( FCS) based on Profibus technology. There are many factors may cause losing stations, the analysis found that external interferences, especially the electromagnetic interference ( EMI) and the problems in grounding system are the main factors. The factors and mechanism of losing stations are researched through Profibus network experimental platform, the reasons of losing stations are found. Combining with practical engineering application projects, relevant solutions are proposed to guarantee the stable operation of the Profibus network systems.
