针对邯郸市高速公路管理处的撒布车存在撒布不均匀、撒布精度低和融雪效率低等问题，结合现代融雪现状、撒布车结构和工作原理，对原来的装置进行改造，自主研发了一套由A-B MicroLogix 1400型PLC控制的新型预湿撒布自动控制系统。该系统解决了撒布车在撒布时存在的撒雪不均匀、融雪效率低、环境污染等问题，改造后的撒布车在同行业中处于先进水平。
