针对高温与核辐射环境下,电子系统经过抗核辐射加固后处于有限密闭空间的大功率电路板散热问题,提出有限密闭空间内强制对流与热流循环通道交叉散热的方法,改变密闭空间内的热量分布,增强电路系统对环境的辐射能力和加快密闭系统内部与环境的热交换过程,有效解决密闭空间内大功率电路板的散热问题。该改进散热方法采用Ansys有限元模拟仿真和实验验证,结果表明,改进的散热方法能够很好解决密闭空间内大功率电路板的散热问题,为实际的工程应用奠定基础。
針對高溫與覈輻射環境下,電子繫統經過抗覈輻射加固後處于有限密閉空間的大功率電路闆散熱問題,提齣有限密閉空間內彊製對流與熱流循環通道交扠散熱的方法,改變密閉空間內的熱量分佈,增彊電路繫統對環境的輻射能力和加快密閉繫統內部與環境的熱交換過程,有效解決密閉空間內大功率電路闆的散熱問題。該改進散熱方法採用Ansys有限元模擬倣真和實驗驗證,結果錶明,改進的散熱方法能夠很好解決密閉空間內大功率電路闆的散熱問題,為實際的工程應用奠定基礎。

For High power circuit board cooling problems in a confined space for electronic systems with anti-nuclear radiation hardened in high temperature and nuclear radiation environment, this paper proposes forced convection cooling in a limited confined space and heat cycling cross-channel approach, changing the distribu-tion of heat in a confined space, enhancing circuitry radiation on the environment and accelerating the process of heat exchange with the environment inside a closed system to solve the heat problem of the confined space power board effectively.The improved heat dissipation method is analyzed using Ansys finite element simulation and verified by experiment, the results show that the improved heat dissipation method can solve the heat prob-lem of high power circuit board in a confined space, and contribute to the foundation for practical engineering applications.
