目的::探讨心外科护理人员教学中采用OTD模式进行教学的效果。方法:选取2014年1~10月在我科实习的护理专业护生73名为研究对象,根据实习时间将1~5月实习的35名护生设为对照组,以6~10月实习的38名护生为观察组。对照组采取常规模式进行教学,观察组采用OTD模式进行教学。对两组护生理论和实践成绩进行考核,并采用问卷调查的方式评价两组教学效果。结果:观察组护生理论和实践成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结束实习时观察组护生认为激发学习兴趣、提高分析归纳能力、提高操作技能、巩固理论知识、理论联系实际、发挥主观能动性、临床思维模式建立均明显多于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OTD教学与传统教学方法相比,更加注重理论联系实际,可以有效提高学习的灵活性,并使学习更加系统,使护生早期接触临床思维,为以后在工作中更好的适应奠定基础。

Objective:To investigate the effect of cardiac surgery nursing teaching OTD mode of teaching effectiveness. Methods:Cardiac surgical internship 73 nursing students,according to practice time were divided into two groups. The control group with 35 students,to take the normal mode of teaching. Obser-vation group with 38 students,used OTD model for teaching. Two groups of students in theory and practice performance assessment,and the use of two sets of questionnaires evaluating teaching effectiveness. Results:The theory and practice of student′s score of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0. 05). When the end of the observation group internship students think stimulate interest in learning,improve the analysis summarized capacity,improve skills,consolidate the theoretical knowledge, theory and practice,to take the initiative to establish clinical thinking mode were significantly more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion:OTD teaching and traditional teaching methods compared to more emphasis on linking theory with practice,can effectively improve the flexibility of learning,and learning more systematic,so that students are exposed early clinical thinking,lay the foundation for the future to better adapt to the job.
