按照化合物的健康风险评估理论,依据健康风险评估的基本框架,对中国人群经吸烟暴露砷进行了健康效应风险评估。结果表明:砷的非致癌风险度(危害商,HQ)值为0.008,为可接受风险;砷的致癌风险度(终生致癌风险增量,ILCR)值为4.0×10-5,超出可接受风险概率,需采取措施给予管控。

By referring to the health risk assessment theory for hazardous compounds, the health risks of Chinese population exposed to arsenic in cigarette smoke were assessed according to the basic frame of health risk assessment. The results showed that the hazard quotient (HQ) of arsenic was 0.008, which was of acceptable risk; and its incremental lifetime cancer risk (ILCR) was 4.0×10-5, which was beyond the acceptable risk probability, and should be regulated.
