目的:建立中药茺蔚子中盐酸水苏碱的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器测定方法。方法 Asahipak NH2P 504E色谱柱(4.6 mm ×250 mm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(84:16),体积流量1 mL/min,柱温30℃。结果盐酸水苏碱在0.487~4.383μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.96%,RSD为0.92%。结论该法灵敏度高,专属性强,可作为中药茺蔚子中盐酸水苏碱的定量测定方法。
目的:建立中藥茺蔚子中鹽痠水囌堿的高效液相色譜-蒸髮光散射檢測器測定方法。方法 Asahipak NH2P 504E色譜柱(4.6 mm ×250 mm),流動相為乙腈-0.2%燐痠溶液(84:16),體積流量1 mL/min,柱溫30℃。結果鹽痠水囌堿在0.487~4.383μg範圍內線性關繫良好,r=0.9999,平均迴收率為97.96%,RSD為0.92%。結論該法靈敏度高,專屬性彊,可作為中藥茺蔚子中鹽痠水囌堿的定量測定方法。
목적:건립중약충위자중염산수소감적고효액상색보-증발광산사검측기측정방법。방법 Asahipak NH2P 504E색보주(4.6 mm ×250 mm),류동상위을정-0.2%린산용액(84:16),체적류량1 mL/min,주온30℃。결과염산수소감재0.487~4.383μg범위내선성관계량호,r=0.9999,평균회수솔위97.96%,RSD위0.92%。결론해법령민도고,전속성강,가작위중약충위자중염산수소감적정량측정방법。
Objective To establish HPLC-ELSD determination method of the hydrochloric acid stachydrine in Mother-wort Fruit. Methods The separation by HPLC-ELSD was performed on Asahipak NH2P 50 4E column (4.6 mmí250 mm) with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (84:16) as mobile phase, 1 mL/min of flow rate and 30℃ of column temperature. Results Hydrochloric acid stachydrine at 0.487-4.383μg had good linear relationship, r=0.9999, the av-erage recovery was 97.96%, RSD was 0.92%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, specific, it can be used as quantita-tive determination method of the hydrochloric acid stachydrine in Motherwort Fruit.
