为了探明生物质炭(生物炭)用量对烤烟烟叶净光合速率和香味物质含量(质量分数)的影响,通过田间试验研究了生物炭用量(0,300,600和900 kg/hm2)对烤烟烟叶净光合速率、香味物质含量和经济性状的影响。结果表明:随着生物炭用量的增加,烟叶净光合速率、美拉德反应产物含量(质量分数)、芳香族氨基酸降解产物含量(质量分数)升高,烟叶产量显著提高;烟叶类胡萝卜素降解产物含量(质量分数)、总香味物质含量先升高再降低。生物炭用量600 kg/hm2的烟叶类胡萝卜素降解产物含量、芳香族氨基酸降解产物含量、总香味物质含量及烟叶纯收益最高,烟叶净光合速率、美拉德反应产物含量较高。

Field experiments were carried out to study the effects of biochar application rates (0, 300, 600 and 900 kg/ha) on the net photosynthetic rate, aroma component content and economic traits of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that with the increase of biochar application rate, the net photosynthetic rate, Maillard reaction product and aromatic amino acid catabolite contents of tobacco leaves increased, and leaf yield raised significantly; the carotenoid catabolite and total aroma component contents increased first and then decreased. At the biochar application rate of 600 kg/ha, the net photosynthetic rate and Maillard reaction product content were higher, and the carotenoid catabolite, aromatic amino acid catabolite and total aroma component contents of tobacco leaves and net income were the highest.
