“合作”这一格莱斯理论的重要概念，近期受到来自心理语言学的“交际自我中心性”的挑战，社会－认知语用理论（SCA）进而提出“自我中心话语”，却忽视了对“合作性”的进一步探讨。“合作性话语”这一新概念作为“自我中心话语”的对立体，首先需要对“合作”实质进行综合考察，然后结合会话含义理论和言语行为理论探讨其理据，从三方面归纳其特征，即社会性、意图性和关联性。

Cooperationis an extremely important concept in Gricean theories,though there are some current linguistic theories arguing against it,especially likeegocentrismdubbed by psycholinguistics andegocentric utterances assumed by SCA.So this paper,after further analyzing on the issuewhat is Co-operation?,and combining Speech Acts theory and Conversational Implicature theory,forges a new termcooperative utterances,and accordingly summarizes its characteristics as sociality,intentionality and rel-evance.This study can be viewed as a pre-stage for the integrative research oncooperationandegocen-trism.
