目的：：探讨人性化护理干预在腹腔镜患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法：将2013年1~12月120例腹腔镜手术患者随机等分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者在围手术期给予人性化护理，对照组接受常规护理。比较两组患者麻醉前生理指标，术后访视患者满意度和依从性等。结果：观察组患者术前心率、血压较对照组平稳，对护理服务满意度和依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：人性化护理可提高手术室护理服务质量，使患者在手术过程中享到最佳服务，体现了“以人为本，以患者为中心”的护理理念。
목적：：탐토인성화호리간예재복강경환자위수술기호리중적응용효과。방법：장2013년1~12월120례복강경수술환자수궤등분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조환자재위수술기급여인성화호리，대조조접수상규호리。비교량조환자마취전생리지표，술후방시환자만의도화의종성등。결과：관찰조환자술전심솔、혈압교대조조평은，대호리복무만의도화의종성균고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：인성화호리가제고수술실호리복무질량，사환자재수술과정중향도최가복무，체현료“이인위본，이환자위중심”적호리이념。
Objective:To observe the effect of humanized nursing in peri operation period nursing of laparoscopic patients. Methods:120 cases of laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group patients in peri-operation period of humanized nursing,the control group received the routine nursing care. Compared two groups of patients in operation room before anesthesia physiology,mental health after operation and hospital satisfaction and compliance etc. Results:The humanized nursing compliance of patients to nursing service satisfaction and compricance was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:Humanistic nursing to improve the quality of nursing service to patients in the operation room,to enjoy dur-ing the operation Good service,embody the "people-oriented,the philosophy of nursing to the patient as the center".
