目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-а(TNF-а)、白介素-6(IL-6)在心肌肥厚大鼠血清中的表达及牛磺酸对心肌肥厚的影响和可能机制。方法:Wistar大鼠30只,随机分成3组:对照组、心肌肥厚组、干预组。采用腹主动脉部分缩窄法制作压力负荷性心肌肥厚大鼠模型,饲养4周后采用放射性免疫法检测大鼠血清TNF-а、IL-6水平。结果:与对照组相比,心肌肥厚组血清中TNF-а、IL-6水平升高(P<0.05);与心肌肥厚组相比,干预组SBP、LVW/BW、血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-α、IL-6参与心肌肥厚的发生和发展过程。牛磺酸可通过降低心脏后负荷及TNF-α、IL-6的水平,抑制心肌肥厚的发生发展。
目的:探討腫瘤壞死因子-а(TNF-а)、白介素-6(IL-6)在心肌肥厚大鼠血清中的錶達及牛磺痠對心肌肥厚的影響和可能機製。方法:Wistar大鼠30隻,隨機分成3組:對照組、心肌肥厚組、榦預組。採用腹主動脈部分縮窄法製作壓力負荷性心肌肥厚大鼠模型,飼養4週後採用放射性免疫法檢測大鼠血清TNF-а、IL-6水平。結果:與對照組相比,心肌肥厚組血清中TNF-а、IL-6水平升高(P<0.05);與心肌肥厚組相比,榦預組SBP、LVW/BW、血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低(P<0.05)。結論:TNF-α、IL-6參與心肌肥厚的髮生和髮展過程。牛磺痠可通過降低心髒後負荷及TNF-α、IL-6的水平,抑製心肌肥厚的髮生髮展。
목적:탐토종류배사인자-а(TNF-а)、백개소-6(IL-6)재심기비후대서혈청중적표체급우광산대심기비후적영향화가능궤제。방법:Wistar대서30지,수궤분성3조:대조조、심기비후조、간예조。채용복주동맥부분축착법제작압력부하성심기비후대서모형,사양4주후채용방사성면역법검측대서혈청TNF-а、IL-6수평。결과:여대조조상비,심기비후조혈청중TNF-а、IL-6수평승고(P<0.05);여심기비후조상비,간예조SBP、LVW/BW、혈청TNF-α、IL-6수평균강저(P<0.05)。결론:TNF-α、IL-6삼여심기비후적발생화발전과정。우광산가통과강저심장후부하급TNF-α、IL-6적수평,억제심기비후적발생발전。
Objective:To study the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)、interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum and in the hypertrophic myocardium of rat Methods:20Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups and one group contained 10 rats. The first group was myocardial hypertrophic group. The second was control group The partial abdominal aorta ligature was used to induce hypertrophy in rats. After 4 weeks, they were killed and cardiac specimen were obtained. TNF-α and IL-6 were determined with radio immunological assay. Results: comparing with control group , The level of TNF-α、IL-6 increased greatly in rats with ventricular hypertrophy (P<0.05). Constrast to partial abdominal arota constriction group ,SBP and LVW/BW of partial abdominal arota constriction+taurine-treated group were decreased, plasma TNF-α and IL-6 levels were decreased (P<0.05) Conclusion: TNF-α、IL-6 plays a role in myocardial hypertrophy pathogenesis. Taurine can produce a good preventive effect on myocardial hyoertrophy by decreasing pressure overload of heart and plasma TNF-αand IL-6 levels.
