目的::探讨鲁沃夫生物膜清洗剂对骨科外来手术器械附着细菌生物膜清洗的效果。方法:2012年6月~2013年7月抽取施乐辉全髋关节器械件200件,按配送时间等分为A组(常规清洗组)、B组(鲁沃夫生物膜清洗剂组),观察目视放大镜判定效果与生物膜去除效果。结果:B组清洗后的目视放大镜判断样本合格率为98.00%,生物膜去除效果合格率为99.00%;A组清洗后的目视放大镜判断样本合格率为84.00%,生物膜去除效果合格率为80.00%,对比两组数据的目视放大镜判断情况和生物膜去除效果,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用鲁沃夫生物膜清洗剂组能有效清除骨科外来手术器械有机物残留,防止细菌生物膜的形成。

목적::탐토로옥부생물막청세제대골과외래수술기계부착세균생물막청세적효과。방법:2012년6월~2013년7월추취시악휘전관관절기계건200건,안배송시간등분위A조(상규청세조)、B조(로옥부생물막청세제조),관찰목시방대경판정효과여생물막거제효과。결과:B조청세후적목시방대경판단양본합격솔위98.00%,생물막거제효과합격솔위99.00%;A조청세후적목시방대경판단양본합격솔위84.00%,생물막거제효과합격솔위80.00%,대비량조수거적목시방대경판단정황화생물막거제효과,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:사용로옥부생물막청세제조능유효청제골과외래수술기계유궤물잔류,방지세균생물막적형성。
Objective:To investigate the RUHOF biological membrane cleaning agent on the department of orthopedics foreign operation equipment cleaning effect of bacterial biofilm attachment. Methods:Randomly selected Xerox Fai total hip devices pieces,according to delivery time sequence in turn divided into group A ( conventional cleaning group) ,group B( RUHOF biological membrane cleaning agent group) ,visual observation magnifying glass effect evaluation and biofilm removal. Results:In the group B after cleaning the visual magnification mirror judgment sample pass rate was 98%,biofilm removal effect of qualified rate was 99%. In group A after cleaning the visual amplification mirror judgment sample pass rate was 84%,biofilm removal effect of qualified rate was 80%. Compared two groups of data of visual magnification mirror judgement and biofilm removal. There was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclu-sion:RUHOF biological membrane cleaning agent can effectively remove extraneous surgical instruments of orthopedics of organic residues,to prevent the for-mation of bacterial biofilm.
