目的：探讨睾丸平滑肌瘤的诊断与治疗方法。方法回顾分析我院收治的1例睾丸平滑肌瘤患者的诊治过程，结合文献复习，讨论其临床、影像表现及治疗方法。结果行根治性睾丸切除术，术后病理证实为睾丸平滑肌瘤，术后随访15个月未见复发。结论 B 超、CT、MRI 检查均可发现阴囊内包块，确诊依靠病理学检查，手术切除安全有效。
목적：탐토고환평활기류적진단여치료방법。방법회고분석아원수치적1례고환평활기류환자적진치과정，결합문헌복습，토론기림상、영상표현급치료방법。결과행근치성고환절제술，술후병리증실위고환평활기류，술후수방15개월미견복발。결론 B 초、CT、MRI 검사균가발현음낭내포괴，학진의고병이학검사，수술절제안전유효。
Objective To study the diagnosis methods and treatment of testicular leiomyoma. Methods The clinical findings,radiological manifestations,treatment and pathological changes of one male patient with testicular leiomyoma were analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Re-sults The patient received open opearation under general anesthesia.Pathological examination con-firmed the diagnosis of testicular leiomyoma. Conclusions The existence of testicular leiomyoma could be suggested by the ultrasonography,CT scan or MRI.The final diagnosis depended on the pathological examination.Surgical excision was a safe and effective procedure for testicular leiomyo-ma.
