目的：研究霉酚酸酯与强的松联合应用治疗难治性狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效性。方法：将2013年6月～2014年5月我院收治的156例难治性狼疮性肾炎患者随机分为两组，对照组给予环磷酰胺冲击疗法联合强的松治疗，实验组给予霉酚酸酯联合强的松治疗，观察并比较两组治疗前后的肝肾功能、临床疗效和不良反应。结果：两组患者治疗前的肝、肾功能无显著差异（P>0.05），治疗后实验组肾功能改善情况及临床疗效均明显优于对照组，且肾功能损害程度及不良反应比对照组轻（P<0.05）。结论：霉酚酸酯与强的松联合应用治疗难治性狼疮性肾炎，具有较好的临床疗效和较轻的不良反应，值得临床推广。
목적：연구매분산지여강적송연합응용치료난치성랑창성신염적림상료효성。방법：장2013년6월～2014년5월아원수치적156례난치성랑창성신염환자수궤분위량조，대조조급여배린선알충격요법연합강적송치료，실험조급여매분산지연합강적송치료，관찰병비교량조치료전후적간신공능、림상료효화불량반응。결과：량조환자치료전적간、신공능무현저차이（P>0.05），치료후실험조신공능개선정황급림상료효균명현우우대조조，차신공능손해정도급불량반응비대조조경（P<0.05）。결론：매분산지여강적송연합응용치료난치성랑창성신염，구유교호적림상료효화교경적불량반응，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To study the clinical feasibility of lupus nephritis treated by Mycophenolate mofetil combined with prednisone. Methods:Selected 156 cases of patients with Refractory lupus nephristis admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2014 , were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given with cyclophosphamide pulse therapy combined with prednisone treatment, the treatment group was given with mycophenolate mofetil combined with prednisone treatment, and then function of liver and kidney,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results:The function of liver and kidney of two groups of patients had no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05), the renal function and the clinical curative effect of the experimental group after treatment were better than the control group and the renal damage degree and the adverse reaction were lighter than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Refractory lupus nephristis treated by Mycophenolate mofetil combined with prednisone has better clinical curative effect and less adverse reaction, can be applied in clinic.
