目的：观察妇科养荣胶囊联合心理治疗内分泌性不孕症的临床效果及不良反应。方法：选取我院妇科门诊100例内分泌性不孕症患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组及对照组各50例，对照组单独口服妇科养荣胶囊，实验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予心理疏导、精神支持、感情交流。所有患者随访2年，比较两组妊娠率及副作用。结果：实验组治疗有效率（47/50，94.0%）高于对照组（37/50，74.0%），差异有统计学意义（X2=11.24，P＜0.05）。治疗后两组宫颈黏液评分差异具有统计学意义（t=7.385，P＜0.05）。观察组受孕率（72.0%）高于对照组（42.0%），差异具有统计学意义（X2=12.07，P＜0.05），无明显不良反应。结论：妇科养荣胶囊联合心理治疗内分泌性不孕症的临床疗效显著，无明显的副作用，易于操作，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰부과양영효낭연합심리치료내분비성불잉증적림상효과급불량반응。방법：선취아원부과문진100례내분비성불잉증환자위연구대상，수궤분위실험조급대조조각50례，대조조단독구복부과양영효낭，실험조재대조조치료적기출상급여심리소도、정신지지、감정교류。소유환자수방2년，비교량조임신솔급부작용。결과：실험조치료유효솔（47/50，94.0%）고우대조조（37/50，74.0%），차이유통계학의의（X2=11.24，P＜0.05）。치료후량조궁경점액평분차이구유통계학의의（t=7.385，P＜0.05）。관찰조수잉솔（72.0%）고우대조조（42.0%），차이구유통계학의의（X2=12.07，P＜0.05），무명현불량반응。결론：부과양영효낭연합심리치료내분비성불잉증적림상료효현저，무명현적부작용，역우조작，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore efficacy and safety of fukeyangyan capsule combined with psychological treatment of endocrine infertility. Methods:We randomly divided into study group and control group (50 cases each).The control group was given Fukeyangrong capsules, but the study group was treated with fukeyangyan capsule combinated with psychological comfort, spiritual encouragement, emotional support.We observed the pregnancy rate and adverse reaction. Results:The cure rate of the control group(37/50,74.0%) was lower than the research group (47/50,94.0%)(X2=11.24,P<0.05); After treatment, there was statistically significant difference between the two group in scervical mucus score (t=7.385,P<0.05);3 years follow up.The conception rate of study group (72.0%)than that in the control group (42.0%)(X2=12.07,P<0.05), no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion:Fukeyangyan capsule combined with psychological treatment of endocrine infertility with has good effect, no adverse reaction, simple, convenient popularization.
