目的：探讨补肾益气中药辅助治疗缓解期肺源性心脏病的临床效果。方法：符合纳入标准的缓解期肺源性心脏病患者75例随机分为对照组（37例）和观察组（38例），分别给予常规治疗和常规治疗联合补肾益气中药治疗。观察两组的圣乔治呼吸疾病问卷（ SGRQ）评分和治疗效果以及脑纳肽（ BNP）浓度和心脏三维彩超检测结果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，观察组治疗后的SGRQ评分和BNP浓度以及心脏三维彩超检测结果均显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P均＜0．05）。结论：在常规西药治疗的基础上联合补肾益气中药辅助治疗缓解期肺源性心脏病可以获得良好的临床效果。
목적：탐토보신익기중약보조치료완해기폐원성심장병적림상효과。방법：부합납입표준적완해기폐원성심장병환자75례수궤분위대조조（37례）화관찰조（38례），분별급여상규치료화상규치료연합보신익기중약치료。관찰량조적골교치호흡질병문권（ SGRQ）평분화치료효과이급뇌납태（ BNP）농도화심장삼유채초검측결과。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔현저고우대조조，관찰조치료후적SGRQ평분화BNP농도이급심장삼유채초검측결과균현저우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P균＜0．05）。결론：재상규서약치료적기출상연합보신익기중약보조치료완해기폐원성심장병가이획득량호적림상효과。
Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and Qi in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease in the remission stage.Methods:75 cases with pulmonary heart disease in the remis-sion stage in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected,and were divided into a con-trol group (37 cases) and an observation group (38 cases) ,and were given conventional therapy and routine therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and Qi.The St George's respiratory dis-ease questionnaire ( SGRQ) score and treatment effect and brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP) concentration and heart three-dimensional color Doppler detection results in two groups were observed.Results:The total effec-tive rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and in the observation group after treatment the SGRQ score and the concentration of BNP and the heart of three dimensional color Doppler detection results were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine western medicine Chinese medicine of toni-fying kidney and Qi for patients with pulmonary heart disease in the remission stage can obtain a good clinical effect.
