目的：研究吸烟与否及吸烟量与前列腺癌患者血清硒水平之间的关系。方法检测31例前列腺癌和46例前列腺增生患者的血清硒浓度，统计所有研究对象的吸烟史和吸烟量，分析吸烟史及吸烟量与血清硒浓度之间的关系。结果吸烟与前列腺癌的发生相关，吸烟量与前列腺癌患者血清硒浓度负相关。结论吸烟可能通过降低患者血清硒浓度从而诱发前列腺癌的发生。
목적：연구흡연여부급흡연량여전렬선암환자혈청서수평지간적관계。방법검측31례전렬선암화46례전렬선증생환자적혈청서농도，통계소유연구대상적흡연사화흡연량，분석흡연사급흡연량여혈청서농도지간적관계。결과흡연여전렬선암적발생상관，흡연량여전렬선암환자혈청서농도부상관。결론흡연가능통과강저환자혈청서농도종이유발전렬선암적발생。
Objective To explore the correlation between smoking and serum level of selenium in patients with prostate cancer,then verify the hypothesis that smoking can induce prostate cancer by lowering the serum selenium levels. Methods we detected the serum selenium concentration in 31 cases of prostate cancer and 46 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients respectively,ana-lyzed the history of smoking and smoking quantity of all the research objects,then studied the rela-tionship between smoking or smoking quantity and serum selenium concentration. Results Pros-tate cancer was associated with smoking and smoking was negatively correlated with the serum sele-nium concentration in patients with prostate cancer. Conclusions Smoking may induce prostate cancer by the lowering serum selenium concentration in patients.
