目的：探讨胃肠镜在消化内科疾病中的临床疗效。方法对我院收治的100例消化内科疾病资料进行分析，分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用常规胃肠镜诊疗，实验组采用无痛胃肠镜治疗，比较两组疗效。结果实验组检查成功率为100%，高于对照组82%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；实验组不良反应发生率为12%，低于对照组30%， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论消化内科疾病患者采用无痛胃肠镜治疗效果理想，能够降低患者治疗痛苦，治愈率较高。
목적：탐토위장경재소화내과질병중적림상료효。방법대아원수치적100례소화내과질병자료진행분석，분위대조조화실험조，대조조채용상규위장경진료，실험조채용무통위장경치료，비교량조료효。결과실험조검사성공솔위100%，고우대조조82%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의；실험조불량반응발생솔위12%，저우대조조30%， P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론소화내과질병환자채용무통위장경치료효과이상，능구강저환자치료통고，치유솔교고。
Objective To explore the clinical effect on gastrointestinal endoscopy in gastroenterology diseases. Methods Selected 100 cases with gastroenterology diseases in our hospital were analyzed, divided into the control group and the experimental group, the control group with conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy clinics, compared with two groups experimental group gastroscopy painless treatment. Results The experimental group to check the success rate was 100%higher than the control 82%, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. the experimental group adverse reactions was 12%lower than the control group 30%, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Gastroenterology diseases using painless gastroscopy ideal treatment, patients can reduce pain, high cure rate, should be introduced.
