目的：探究包皮龟头炎患者采用包皮环扎术治疗的效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年11月收治的36例包皮龟头炎患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组20例患者选择包皮环扎术的治疗，对照组16例患者采用常规治疗，观察患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的发生率为5.0%，对照组患者的发生率18.8%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论包皮龟头炎患者选择包皮环扎术的治疗，手术时间较短，且术中没有出血，有利于术后身体的恢复，没有病情复发。
목적：탐구포피구두염환자채용포피배찰술치료적효과。방법선취2013년4월～2014년11월수치적36례포피구두염환자진행치료，수궤분조，실험조20례환자선택포피배찰술적치료，대조조16례환자채용상규치료，관찰환자적치료효과。결과실험조환자적발생솔위5.0%，대조조환자적발생솔18.8%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론포피구두염환자선택포피배찰술적치료，수술시간교단，차술중몰유출혈，유리우술후신체적회복，몰유병정복발。
Objective To explore the effect on prepuce cerclage treatment of wrapping balanitis. Methods Selected 36 patients with wrapping balanitis from April 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital and divided them into study group and control group randomly, 20 patients in study group were given prepuce cerclage treatment, while 16 patients in control group were given conventional treatment and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results The study group occurrence rate was 5.0%, the control group was 18.8%, P<0.05, had different statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Prepuce cerclage treatment of patients with wrapping balanitis is effect, it has short operation time without bleeding loss, which is conducive to patients’ recovery and preventing from illness relapse.
