Action-oriented teaching plays an immeasurable role in vocational education reform in Germany.Analysis of the background , connotation and teaching mode structure of action -oriented teaching ( theoretical basis, teaching goal, operation procedure, implementation condition, teaching evaluation) and its enlightenment will promote the development of China's vocational education reform.
