目的：研究茄科植物洋金花（ Datura metel L．）的黄酮类化学成分。方法：对洋金花的黄酮类组分进行分离。利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和高相液相色谱（制备型）法进行分离纯化，并通过波谱和质谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果：分离得到3个化合物，分别为杨属苷（populnin）（1）、山柰酚－3－O－[β－D－葡萄吡喃糖基（1→2）]－β－D－葡萄吡喃糖基[ Kaempferol－3－O－β－D－glucopyraNo-syl－（1→2）－β－D－glucopyraNoside]（2）、樱桃苷（pruning）（3）。结论：化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到。

목적：연구가과식물양금화（ Datura metel L．）적황동류화학성분。방법：대양금화적황동류조분진행분리。이용규효주색보、ODS주색보화고상액상색보（제비형）법진행분리순화，병통과파보화질보수거감정화합물적결구。결과：분리득도3개화합물，분별위양속감（populnin）（1）、산내분－3－O－[β－D－포도필남당기（1→2）]－β－D－포도필남당기[ Kaempferol－3－O－β－D－glucopyraNo-syl－（1→2）－β－D－glucopyraNoside]（2）、앵도감（pruning）（3）。결론：화합물3위수차종해식물중분리득도。
Objective:To study the flavonoids from Datura metel L.of Solanaceae.Methods:Flavonoid compo-nents of Datura metel L.were separated and purified by silica gel and ODS column chromatography and high phase liquid chromatography ( HPLC) ( preparation) .Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and mass spectrometry data. Results: Three flavonoid glycosides were obtained, including populnin ( 1 ) , Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyraNosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyra-Noside(2), prunin(3), sepa-rately.Conclusion:The compound 3 is found in this plant for the first time.
