目的：总结乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的防治及拔除引流管后出现积液的处理体会。方法回顾性分析74例行乳腺癌改良根治术引流管拔除后出现皮下积液患者的处理方法。结果74例均行改良根治术,其中57例只清扫第1、2组淋巴结,17例清扫至第3组淋巴结。引流管留置7~12 d,平均留置10 d。首日积液≤15 ml的患者经处理后5~9 d愈合,平均6 d愈合；首日积液>15 ml的患者,经处理后6~11 d愈合,平均9 d愈合。结论皮下积液的原因是多方面的,患者情况各异,因而防治应有针对性,积液的早期发现,早期处理,通常愈合较快。
목적：총결유선암개량근치술후피하적액적방치급발제인류관후출현적액적처리체회。방법회고성분석74례행유선암개량근치술인류관발제후출현피하적액환자적처리방법。결과74례균행개량근치술,기중57례지청소제1、2조림파결,17례청소지제3조림파결。인류관류치7~12 d,평균류치10 d。수일적액≤15 ml적환자경처리후5~9 d유합,평균6 d유합；수일적액>15 ml적환자,경처리후6~11 d유합,평균9 d유합。결론피하적액적원인시다방면적,환자정황각이,인이방치응유침대성,적액적조기발현,조기처리,통상유합교쾌。
Objective To summarize experience of prevention and treatment of subcutaneous effusion after drainage-tube extubation in breast cancer modified radical mastectomy.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on treatment methods for 74 patients with subcutaneous effusion after drainage-tube extubation in breast cancer modified radical mastectomy.Results All the 74 cases received modified radical mastectomy, and there were 57 cases with extracted lymphonodus only in the first and second sets, and 17 cases with extracted lymphonodus to the third set. Drainage-tube retention lasted for 7~12 d, with the average retention time as 10 d. Patients with effusion ≤15 ml at the first day were healed after 5~9 d, with the average heal time as 6 d. Those with effusion >15 ml were healed after 6~11 d, with the average heal time as 9 d.Conclusion There were multiple causes of subcutaneous effusion, and condition of patients was also various. Therefore prevention and treatment should be individualized. Early discovery and treatment of effusion can bring fast heal.
