目的：探讨改良切口扩创术在陈旧性肛裂患者中的临床治疗效果。方法对我院收治的80例陈旧性肛裂患者资料进行分析，将患者分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用侧方内括约肌切断术治疗，实验组实施改良切口扩创术治疗，比较两组疗效。结果实验组疗效有效率为95%优于对照组85%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论陈旧性肛裂患者采用改良切口扩创术治疗效果理想。
목적：탐토개량절구확창술재진구성항렬환자중적림상치료효과。방법대아원수치적80례진구성항렬환자자료진행분석，장환자분위대조조화실험조，대조조채용측방내괄약기절단술치료，실험조실시개량절구확창술치료，비교량조료효。결과실험조료효유효솔위95%우우대조조85%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론진구성항렬환자채용개량절구확창술치료효과이상。
Objective To explore clinical effect on modified incision debridement in patients with chronic anal fissure. Methods Analyzed 80 patients with chronic anal fissure data in our hospital, divided into the control group and the experimental group, the control group in the side sphincterotomy treatment, the experimental group improved implementation incision debridement therapy, compared with the two groups effect. Results The experimental group effect rate was 95%better than the control group 85%, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Patients with chronic anal ifssure with modiifed incision debridement ideal treatment effect.
