目的：分析坚定内固定术在口腔颌面部创伤治疗中的作用。方法选取我院坚定内固定术的口腔颌面部创伤患者80例，给予坚定内固定术治疗。结果所有患者愈合良好，未出现感染等迹象，术后咬合情况良好，未出现钛板松动。结论治疗口腔额面部损伤采用坚定内固定术治疗效果好，术后恢复良好。
目的：分析堅定內固定術在口腔頜麵部創傷治療中的作用。方法選取我院堅定內固定術的口腔頜麵部創傷患者80例，給予堅定內固定術治療。結果所有患者愈閤良好，未齣現感染等跡象，術後咬閤情況良好，未齣現鈦闆鬆動。結論治療口腔額麵部損傷採用堅定內固定術治療效果好，術後恢複良好。
목적：분석견정내고정술재구강합면부창상치료중적작용。방법선취아원견정내고정술적구강합면부창상환자80례，급여견정내고정술치료。결과소유환자유합량호，미출현감염등적상，술후교합정황량호，미출현태판송동。결론치료구강액면부손상채용견정내고정술치료효과호，술후회복량호。
Objective To analysis the role of ifrm internal ifxation in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial trauma. Methods Selected 80 cases with ifrm ifxation of maxillofacial injuries in our hospital, provided ifrm internal fixation for the treatment. Results All patients healed well, no infection and other signs, occlusion operation was good, did not appear loosening. Conclusion The treatment of oral facial injury by firm internal fixation treatment effect is good, a good recovery after operation .
