目的:探讨重症手足口病患儿的脑脊液变化情况。方法重症手足口病患儿分为A、B、C 3组,留取脑脊液3~5 ml。给予脑脊液等常规检查,记录检查指标。结果3组比较,A组脑脊液蛋白质值最高, P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论手足口病患儿脑脊液蛋白质水平可以反应神经系统及心肺功能损害程度,可作为判断病情的重要指标。
目的:探討重癥手足口病患兒的腦脊液變化情況。方法重癥手足口病患兒分為A、B、C 3組,留取腦脊液3~5 ml。給予腦脊液等常規檢查,記錄檢查指標。結果3組比較,A組腦脊液蛋白質值最高, P<0.05,差異具有統計學意義。結論手足口病患兒腦脊液蛋白質水平可以反應神經繫統及心肺功能損害程度,可作為判斷病情的重要指標。
목적:탐토중증수족구병환인적뇌척액변화정황。방법중증수족구병환인분위A、B、C 3조,류취뇌척액3~5 ml。급여뇌척액등상규검사,기록검사지표。결과3조비교,A조뇌척액단백질치최고, P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론수족구병환인뇌척액단백질수평가이반응신경계통급심폐공능손해정도,가작위판단병정적중요지표。
Objective To explore the changes in cerebrospinal fluid of children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods Divided severe HFMD children into A, B, C three groups, specimens cerebrospinal fluid from 3~5 ml. Given cerebrospinal fluid routine examination, records indicators. Results Compared with the three groups, A group of cerebrospinal fluid protein highest value (P<0.05) had difference statistically significance. Conclusion HFMD children with cerebrospinal lfuid protein levels may be the extent of heart and lung function damage and reaction system, can be used as an important marker of the disease.
