目的：对妇产科急腹症疾病的临床治疗效果及医院采用的临床诊断治疗方法及应用效果进行研究和分析。方法回顾性分析某医院2012年3月～2014年3月62例妇产科急腹症患者的治疗情况，研究临床诊断的准确率以及治疗效果。结果62例患者确诊为妇产科急腹症，诊断准确率为100%，有20例患者接受了非手术性治疗，42例患者接受了手术性治疗，所有均患者痊愈出院，治疗效果佳，治愈率达到了100%。结论妇产科急腹症在临床诊断以及治疗效果良好。

목적：대부산과급복증질병적림상치료효과급의원채용적림상진단치료방법급응용효과진행연구화분석。방법회고성분석모의원2012년3월～2014년3월62례부산과급복증환자적치료정황，연구림상진단적준학솔이급치료효과。결과62례환자학진위부산과급복증，진단준학솔위100%，유20례환자접수료비수술성치료，42례환자접수료수술성치료，소유균환자전유출원，치료효과가，치유솔체도료100%。결론부산과급복증재림상진단이급치료효과량호。
Objective Study and analysis the clinical treatment effect on gynecological acute abdomen disease and hospital adopt the clinical diagnosis treatment methods and application effect. Methods Retrospective analysis 62 cases with gynecological acute abdomen disease treatment condition from March 2012 to March 2014 in hospital. Study the accuracy rate of clinical diagnosis and treatment effect. Results 62 cases were diagnosis the gynecological acute abdomen disease, the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 100%. 20 cases received non operative treatment and 42 cases accepted surgical treatment, all of them were cured, the treatment effect was excellent, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusion Gynecological acute abdomen disease has good effect and clinical diagnosis.
