目的：探索建立高效液相色谱一蒸发光散射检测法（HPLC-ELSD）测定芪灵扶正片中的黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法：采用色谱柱：依利特Hypersil ODS（5μm，4.6mm×200mm）；流动相：乙腈∶水（32∶68）；流速：1.0ml/min；ELSD参数：漂移管温度80℃；载气流量：2.0L/min。结果：黄芪甲苷在1.00～10.05μg的进样范围内线性关系良好，回归方程为y=1.3166x+21.2971（r=0.9999）；平均加样回收率为97.9%，RSD为1.8%。结论：该方法操作简单、快捷、准确，可作为芪灵扶正片的质量控制方法。
목적：탐색건립고효액상색보일증발광산사검측법（HPLC-ELSD）측정기령부정편중적황기갑감함량적방법。방법：채용색보주：의리특Hypersil ODS（5μm，4.6mm×200mm）；류동상：을정∶수（32∶68）；류속：1.0ml/min；ELSD삼수：표이관온도80℃；재기류량：2.0L/min。결과：황기갑감재1.00～10.05μg적진양범위내선성관계량호，회귀방정위y=1.3166x+21.2971（r=0.9999）；평균가양회수솔위97.9%，RSD위1.8%。결론：해방법조작간단、쾌첩、준학，가작위기령부정편적질량공제방법。
Objective To establish the determination of Astragaloside IV in Qiling Fuzheng Tablets by HPLC-ELSD. Methods This assay was performed on HypersilODS (5μm,4.6mm×200mm)column with acetonitrile-water (32∶68) as mobile phase in gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The tube temperature of the detector was 80℃,and the flow rate was 2.0L/min. Results Astragaloside IV showed good linear correlation between 1.00 and 10.55μg (r=0.9999),with average recovery of 97.9%and RSD 1.8%. Conclusion The method is convenient, quick, accurate and sensitive, which can be used as controlmethod for Qiling Fuzheng Tablets.
