目的：探讨舒肝解郁胶囊对慢性胃炎伴抑郁症患者症状及抑郁情况的改善作用。方法：从本院2013年9月～2014年9月收治的慢性胃炎伴抑郁症患者中随机选择89例进行研究，随机分为对照组（44例）和观察组（45例），分别给予常规治疗和常规治疗联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。观察两组的治疗效果和抑郁自评量表（ SDS）评分以及不良反应发生情况，并进行比较。结果：观察组的胃溃疡治疗总有效率为95．6％，显著高于对照组的81．8％，（ P＜0．05）。治疗前，两组患者的SDS评分差异无统计学意义，（P＞0．05）；治疗后，观察组的SDS评分显著低于对照组，（P＜0．05）。两组患者均未出现肝肾功能等异常现象，不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义，（ P＞0．05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上，联合利用舒肝解郁胶囊对慢性胃炎伴抑郁症患者进行治疗可以有效改善患者的临床症状以及抑郁情况。
目的：探討舒肝解鬱膠囊對慢性胃炎伴抑鬱癥患者癥狀及抑鬱情況的改善作用。方法：從本院2013年9月～2014年9月收治的慢性胃炎伴抑鬱癥患者中隨機選擇89例進行研究，隨機分為對照組（44例）和觀察組（45例），分彆給予常規治療和常規治療聯閤舒肝解鬱膠囊治療。觀察兩組的治療效果和抑鬱自評量錶（ SDS）評分以及不良反應髮生情況，併進行比較。結果：觀察組的胃潰瘍治療總有效率為95．6％，顯著高于對照組的81．8％，（ P＜0．05）。治療前，兩組患者的SDS評分差異無統計學意義，（P＞0．05）；治療後，觀察組的SDS評分顯著低于對照組，（P＜0．05）。兩組患者均未齣現肝腎功能等異常現象，不良反應髮生率差異無統計學意義，（ P＞0．05）。結論：在常規治療的基礎上，聯閤利用舒肝解鬱膠囊對慢性胃炎伴抑鬱癥患者進行治療可以有效改善患者的臨床癥狀以及抑鬱情況。
목적：탐토서간해욱효낭대만성위염반억욱증환자증상급억욱정황적개선작용。방법：종본원2013년9월～2014년9월수치적만성위염반억욱증환자중수궤선택89례진행연구，수궤분위대조조（44례）화관찰조（45례），분별급여상규치료화상규치료연합서간해욱효낭치료。관찰량조적치료효과화억욱자평량표（ SDS）평분이급불량반응발생정황，병진행비교。결과：관찰조적위궤양치료총유효솔위95．6％，현저고우대조조적81．8％，（ P＜0．05）。치료전，량조환자적SDS평분차이무통계학의의，（P＞0．05）；치료후，관찰조적SDS평분현저저우대조조，（P＜0．05）。량조환자균미출현간신공능등이상현상，불량반응발생솔차이무통계학의의，（ P＞0．05）。결론：재상규치료적기출상，연합이용서간해욱효낭대만성위염반억욱증환자진행치료가이유효개선환자적림상증상이급억욱정황。
Objective:To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu capsules on improving symptoms of chronic gastritis patients with depression and improving the situation of depression.Methods:89 cases of chronic gastritis patients with depression in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected ,and they were divided into a control group (44 cases) and an observation group (45 cases) ,and two groups were given conventional therapy and routine therapy com-bined with Shugan Jieyu capsules,respectively.The effect of treatment and the self rating depression scale ( SDS) score and adverse reaction incidence in two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of gastric ul-cer treatment in the observation group was 95 .6%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group with 81.8%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SDS score of two groups (P>0.05);after treatment ,the SDS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .Ab-normal phenomena such as liver and kidney function were not found in two groups and the adverse reaction rate had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional therapy,Shugan Jieyu capsules can effective-ly improve the clinical symptoms and depression among chronic gastritis patients.
