田基黄植物全草中主要化学成分为黄酮类、口山酮类、间苯三酚类等化合物，具有保肝护肝、退黄、抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化以及抗肿瘤等药理作用。在检索国内外相关文献的基础上，对田基黄植物化学成分和药理作用以及临床应用进行了综述。

The main components of Hypericum japonicum are flavonoids,xanthones,and phloroglucinols. The researches had shown that Hypericum japonicum had hepatoprotective,anti -tumor,antibacterial,antiviral and antioxidant activities. This paper systematically summarized the advances in research on the chemical components,pharmacological effect and clin-ical use of Hypericum japonicum.
