目的：观察标准桃金娘油胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠在变应性鼻炎治疗中的疗效。方法：以我院耳鼻喉科2014年1～12月诊治的80例变应性鼻炎患者作为观察对象，随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组口服氯雷他定片，10mg/次，1次/d，配合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂，50μg/侧，1次/d；观察组口服孟鲁司特钠片，10mg/次，1次/d，联合标准桃金娘油胶囊，300mg/d；配合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂，50μg/侧，1次/d。两组均治疗14d，分别于治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后对两组患者的鼻部症状进行评估，并对治疗前后患者的生活质量变化情况进行分析。结果：治疗前，两组患者的鼻部症状无明显差异，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗2周后，观察组的鼻部症状明显改善，治疗4周后，观察组的鼻部症状明显轻于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在变应性鼻炎的临床治疗中应用标准桃金娘油胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠治疗，可以明显改善患者的鼻阻、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕等临床症状，提高生活质量，可以作为变应性鼻炎的临床治疗首选方案。
목적：관찰표준도금낭유효낭연합맹로사특납재변응성비염치료중적료효。방법：이아원이비후과2014년1～12월진치적80례변응성비염환자작위관찰대상，수궤분위대조조여관찰조각40례。대조조구복록뢰타정편，10mg/차，1차/d，배합강산막미송비분제，50μg/측，1차/d；관찰조구복맹로사특납편，10mg/차，1차/d，연합표준도금낭유효낭，300mg/d；배합강산막미송비분제，50μg/측，1차/d。량조균치료14d，분별우치료전、치료2주후、치료4주후대량조환자적비부증상진행평고，병대치료전후환자적생활질량변화정황진행분석。결과：치료전，량조환자적비부증상무명현차이，무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；치료2주후，관찰조적비부증상명현개선，치료4주후，관찰조적비부증상명현경우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：재변응성비염적림상치료중응용표준도금낭유효낭연합맹로사특납치료，가이명현개선환자적비조、비양、분체、류체등림상증상，제고생활질량，가이작위변응성비염적림상치료수선방안。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of standard Myrtle oil capsule combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: 80 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated in our hospital during 2014 January to 2014 December in Department of ENT, as the group of the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group, the control group oral Loratadine Tablets, 10mg/, 1/d, combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray, 50g/side, 1/d; the observation group received Montelukast Sodium Tablets, 10mg/, 1/d, combined with standard Myrtle oil capsule, 300mg/d;the two groups were treated for 14 d, respectively, before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment, 4 weeks after nasal symptoms of two groups of patients evaluation on the quality of life, and change before and after the treatment were studied and analyzed. Results: Before treatment, no significant difference between two groups of patients with nasal symptoms, do not have statistical significance, P>0.05; after 2 weeks treatment, the observation group nasal symptoms were significantly improved, 4 weeks after the treatment, the observation group nasal symptoms was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion: the application of standard Myrtle oil capsule combined with montelukast in the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis in patients with sodium can significantly improve the nasal stop, nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and other symptoms, improve the quality of life, can be used as the preferred clinical scheme of allergic rhinitis.
