目的观察和分析社区健康教育对社区糖尿病患者群体遵医率和并发症发生率的干预作用。方法180例本社区卫生服务中心所辖范围内的糖尿病患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，各90例。对照组不施以干预，试验组施以社区健康教育，比较两组社区糖尿病患者干预后的遵医情况和并发症出现情况。结果试验组干预后的遵医率显著高于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将社区健康教育引入到社区糖尿病患者的管理实践中，有利于改善糖尿病患者的遵医行为，降低糖尿病相关并发症的发生率，值得临床推广应用。
목적관찰화분석사구건강교육대사구당뇨병환자군체준의솔화병발증발생솔적간예작용。방법180례본사구위생복무중심소할범위내적당뇨병환자，수궤분위시험조화대조조，각90례。대조조불시이간예，시험조시이사구건강교육，비교량조사구당뇨병환자간예후적준의정황화병발증출현정황。결과시험조간예후적준의솔현저고우대조조，병발증발생솔현저저우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론장사구건강교육인입도사구당뇨병환자적관리실천중，유리우개선당뇨병환자적준의행위，강저당뇨병상관병발증적발생솔，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe and analyze the intervention effect by community health education for compliance rate and incidence of complications in diabetes mellitus patients. Methods There were 180 diabetes mellitus patients in our community health service center range, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. The control group received no intervention, and the experimental group received community health education. Compliance and complications of the two groups were compared after intervention. Results The experimental group had higher compliance rate and lower incidence of complications after intervention than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of community health education in management of community diabetes mellitus can effectively improve compliance behavior and reduce incidence of diabetes related complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
