目的:测定人肝微粒体中去氢骆驼蓬碱的代谢产物。方法:以去氢骆驼蓬碱为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱-离子阱-质谱系统分析去氢骆驼蓬碱经肝微粒体代谢的代谢产物。结果:去氢骆驼蓬碱在人肝微粒体中经Ⅰ相代谢后产物主要为哈尔酚。结论:哈尔酚为首次报道的代谢产物,本研究利用液质联用技术阐明了去氢骆驼蓬碱的体内代谢产物,为进一步研究奠定了基础。

목적:측정인간미립체중거경락타봉감적대사산물。방법:이거경락타봉감위연구대상,채용고효액상색보-리자정-질보계통분석거경락타봉감경간미립체대사적대사산물。결과:거경락타봉감재인간미립체중경Ⅰ상대사후산물주요위합이분。결론:합이분위수차보도적대사산물,본연구이용액질련용기술천명료거경락타봉감적체내대사산물,위진일보연구전정료기출。
Objective:To determine the metabolism of Harmine in human liver microsome.Methods:The metabolites of Harmine in human liver microsome as the research objects were analyzed by HPLC-Trap-MS.Results:The main me-tabolite of Harmine in human liver microsome by phase I metabolites was Harmol.Conclusion:Harmol is firstly reported as the metabolite.The research illustrates the metabolites of Harmine by using LC-MS, and provides the basis for the further study.
