目的:探讨神经源性肿瘤与咽旁间隙多形性腺瘤的MRI表现,提高诊断水平。方法选取经手术病理证实的神经源性肿瘤患者及咽旁间隙多形性腺瘤患者各10例作为观察对象,回顾性分析患者的MRI表现。结果多形性腺瘤患者主要表现为咽部肿块(50.00%)和疼痛及吞咽困难(50.00%),神经源性肿瘤主要表现为颈部肿块(60.00%)、咳嗽(20.00%)及颅神经麻痹(20.00%);两者在有无包膜、强化程度、质地、边界和形状方面,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义,在特征性信号方面,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论借助MRI对咽旁间隙邻近结构的移位情况进行仔细观察,判断肿瘤发生的精确位置,对提高两者的鉴别诊断水平具有积极意义。
目的:探討神經源性腫瘤與嚥徬間隙多形性腺瘤的MRI錶現,提高診斷水平。方法選取經手術病理證實的神經源性腫瘤患者及嚥徬間隙多形性腺瘤患者各10例作為觀察對象,迴顧性分析患者的MRI錶現。結果多形性腺瘤患者主要錶現為嚥部腫塊(50.00%)和疼痛及吞嚥睏難(50.00%),神經源性腫瘤主要錶現為頸部腫塊(60.00%)、咳嗽(20.00%)及顱神經痳痺(20.00%);兩者在有無包膜、彊化程度、質地、邊界和形狀方麵,P>0.05,差異不具有統計學意義,在特徵性信號方麵,P<0.05,差異具有統計學意義。結論藉助MRI對嚥徬間隙鄰近結構的移位情況進行仔細觀察,判斷腫瘤髮生的精確位置,對提高兩者的鑒彆診斷水平具有積極意義。

Objective To explore the MRI features of neurogenic tumors and parapharyngeal pleomorphic adenoma, and improve the diagnostic level. Methods Selected patients with neurogenic tumors parapharyngeal pleomorphic adenoma each of the 10 cases were proved by operation and pathology as the observation object, retrospectively analyzed patients with MRI manifestation. Results Patients with pleomorphic adenoma mainly for the pharynx tumor (50%) ,pain and dysphagia (50%), neurogenic tumor mainly for neck mass (60%), cough (20%) and cranial nerve palsy (20%).in the envelop without or not, degree of intensify, texture, boundary and shape, P>0.05,had no difference statistical signiifcance, in terms of characteristic signal, P<0.05,had difference statistical significance. Conclusion Using MRI for the translocation of parapharyngeal space adjacent structures were carefully observed, judgment the exact position of cancer, has positive signiifcance to improve the differential diagnosis level.
