目的：对鼻内窥镜下同期手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎效果进行探讨。方法随机选取2011年1月-2014年12月来该院就诊的100例鼻中隔偏曲并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者，分为两组，对照组患者利用鼻内窥镜开展偏曲对侧中鼻甲整形、鼻窦开放术，高位鼻中隔偏曲矫正术则放于Ⅱ期手术中，观察组患者同期进行偏曲对侧中鼻甲整形、鼻窦开放术、高位鼻中隔偏曲矫正术，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率是100%，对照组是78%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的中隔鼻甲、筛窦腔闭锁、中鼻甲粘连的发生率分别是8%、14%、16%，对照组患者分别是30%、50%、48%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且两组患者治疗后均未有严重并发症的发生。结论鼻内窥镜下同期手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎能够有效提高患者的临床疗效，降低术后并发症的发生率，有利于患者鼻腔功能的恢复。

목적：대비내규경하동기수술치료비중격편곡병만성비-비두염효과진행탐토。방법수궤선취2011년1월-2014년12월래해원취진적100례비중격편곡병만성비-비두염환자，분위량조，대조조환자이용비내규경개전편곡대측중비갑정형、비두개방술，고위비중격편곡교정술칙방우Ⅱ기수술중，관찰조환자동기진행편곡대측중비갑정형、비두개방술、고위비중격편곡교정술，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과관찰조환자적치료유효솔시100%，대조조시78%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조환자적중격비갑、사두강폐쇄、중비갑점련적발생솔분별시8%、14%、16%，대조조환자분별시30%、50%、48%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，차량조환자치료후균미유엄중병발증적발생。결론비내규경하동기수술치료비중격편곡병만성비-비두염능구유효제고환자적림상료효，강저술후병발증적발생솔，유리우환자비강공능적회복。
Objective To observe the same period under nasal endoscopic surgery for nasal septum deviation and CRS effect. Methods Choose between January 2011 and December 2011 to our hospital 100 cases of nasal septum deviation and chronic nasal sinusitis patients, divided into two groups, one group of patients with nasal endoscope for deflection of open to the side of the plas-tic, sinus, middle turbinate and nasal septum high deviation diorthosis is put in the operation of the II period, another group of patients during the same period in the deviation of the contralateral turbinate plastic, sinus operation, high septum deviation diorthosis, compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results Observation group of patients with the treatment effec-tiveness is 100%, the control group was 78%, significant difference (P<0.05). Observation group of patients with septal turbinate, incidence of ethmoid sinus cavity closure, the adhesion of the middle turbinate were 8%, 14%, 16%, control group patients were 30%, 50%, 48%, significant difference (P<0.05), and both groups after treatment in patients with no serious complications. Con-clusion The same period under nasal endoscopic surgery for nasal septum deviation and improve the clinical curative effect of pa-tients with chronic nasal – sinusitis,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is beneficial to the recovery of patients with nasal function.
