为探讨新生代农民工抗挫折心理能力现状与特点，采用“抗挫折心理能力问卷”对珠三角8个地级市453名新生代农民工进行调查。结果发现：新生代农民工抗挫折心理能力总体水平较高，各因子得分均处于中等偏上水平；新生代农民工的抗挫折心理能力存在着显著的性别差异、年龄差异和学历差异。
為探討新生代農民工抗挫摺心理能力現狀與特點，採用“抗挫摺心理能力問捲”對珠三角8箇地級市453名新生代農民工進行調查。結果髮現：新生代農民工抗挫摺心理能力總體水平較高，各因子得分均處于中等偏上水平；新生代農民工的抗挫摺心理能力存在著顯著的性彆差異、年齡差異和學歷差異。
위탐토신생대농민공항좌절심리능력현상여특점，채용“항좌절심리능력문권”대주삼각8개지급시453명신생대농민공진행조사。결과발현：신생대농민공항좌절심리능력총체수평교고，각인자득분균처우중등편상수평；신생대농민공적항좌절심리능력존재착현저적성별차이、년령차이화학력차이。
To inquire into the Pearl River Delta new generation peasant workers' ability to resist setback psy-chology and characteristics, this paper, by using"the ability to resist setback psychological questionnaire", stud-ied eight cities in the Pearl River Delta on the basis of a random sample of 600 new generation of migrant work-ers in the investigation. The result are as follows:The overall level of new generation peasant workers' ability to resist setback psychology of the region is stronger with the factor scores being in the average level;The ability to resist setback psychology has significantly gender difference, age difference and degree difference.
