文章通过对合肥城镇化发展的空间结构演变以及各时期合肥市城市发展战略、城市职能定位、城市空间结构发展因素的分析，研究城市历史发展演进的客观规律，总结合肥城镇化进程中影响城市发展的重要因素和创新经验以及城市规划对城市发展的引领、指导和控制作用，稳步实现城市空间结构的转型。
文章通過對閤肥城鎮化髮展的空間結構縯變以及各時期閤肥市城市髮展戰略、城市職能定位、城市空間結構髮展因素的分析，研究城市歷史髮展縯進的客觀規律，總結閤肥城鎮化進程中影響城市髮展的重要因素和創新經驗以及城市規劃對城市髮展的引領、指導和控製作用，穩步實現城市空間結構的轉型。

T his paper analyzes the spatial structure evolution in the process of the urbanization of Hefei City as well as the city development strategies ,the orientation of city function ,the development fac‐tors of city spatial structure and the objective law of city development in different periods .The impor‐tant factors and innovative experience w hich influence the development of the city during the process of urbanization are summarized as well as the leading ,guidance and control role of the urban planning to the development of the city ,w hich is helpful for steadily realizing the transformation of city spatial structure .
