高校图书馆文化建设是校园文化建设的重要组成部分。通过对浙江师范大学师生的问卷调查，了解图书馆文化建设的现状，把握读者对文化建设的需求，针对存在的问题，提出了从文献资源建设、文化空间打造、扩大宣传交流、加强队伍建设等四个方面推进高校图书馆文化建设的策略。
高校圖書館文化建設是校園文化建設的重要組成部分。通過對浙江師範大學師生的問捲調查，瞭解圖書館文化建設的現狀，把握讀者對文化建設的需求，針對存在的問題，提齣瞭從文獻資源建設、文化空間打造、擴大宣傳交流、加彊隊伍建設等四箇方麵推進高校圖書館文化建設的策略。
고교도서관문화건설시교완문화건설적중요조성부분。통과대절강사범대학사생적문권조사，료해도서관문화건설적현상，파악독자대문화건설적수구，침대존재적문제，제출료종문헌자원건설、문화공간타조、확대선전교류、가강대오건설등사개방면추진고교도서관문화건설적책략。
University library culture construction is an important part of university culture construction.A questionnaire with teachers and students of Zhejiang Normal University as participants reveals the status quo of university library culture construction and readers’ demand for culture construction.In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward some strategies to promote the university library culture construction in terms of the construction of literature resources, creation of appropriate cultural space, expanding promotion and communication and strengthening team construction.
