目的：探讨非三阴性乳腺癌组织中Ki-67、P 53的表达与临床病理的关系，为其临床治疗及评估预后提供一定依据。方法选取我院2011年1月～2015年2月收治的160例非三阴性乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，采用免疫组织化学法检测乳腺癌组织中Ki-67、P 53的表达情况，将其与临床病理的关系进行研究和分析。结果患者左侧乳房发病率高于右侧，Ki-67、P 53阳性表达率分别为92.5%、53.75%，Ki-67阳性表达与组织学分级相关，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义，与患者年龄、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及脉管内浸润情况无关，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。P 53阳性表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及脉管内浸润情况相关，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义，与年龄无关， P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论 Ki-67、P 53的表达在非三阴性乳腺癌恶性程度、肿瘤细胞增殖能力的判断中具有重要意义，可指导非三阴性乳腺癌的治疗及判断预后。
목적：탐토비삼음성유선암조직중Ki-67、P 53적표체여림상병리적관계，위기림상치료급평고예후제공일정의거。방법선취아원2011년1월～2015년2월수치적160례비삼음성유선암환자작위연구대상，채용면역조직화학법검측유선암조직중Ki-67、P 53적표체정황，장기여림상병리적관계진행연구화분석。결과환자좌측유방발병솔고우우측，Ki-67、P 53양성표체솔분별위92.5%、53.75%，Ki-67양성표체여조직학분급상관，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의，여환자년령、림파결전이、종류대소급맥관내침윤정황무관，P＞0.05，차이불구유통계학의의。P 53양성표체여조직학분급、림파결전이、종류대소급맥관내침윤정황상관，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의，여년령무관， P＞0.05，차이불구유통계학의의。결론 Ki-67、P 53적표체재비삼음성유선암악성정도、종류세포증식능력적판단중구유중요의의，가지도비삼음성유선암적치료급판단예후。
Objective Discuss the relationship between non-triple negative breast cancer tissues with Ki-67 and P 53 expression in breast cancer tissue and clinical pathological, provide reference for the prognosis and treatment. Methods Selected 160 cases with non-triple negative breast cancer from January 2011 to February 2015 in our hospital as the research object, used the immune histochemical method detected expression of P53,Ki-67 in breast cancer tissue, research and study the relationship with clinical pathology. Results Patients’ left breast incidence rate was higher than the right,Ki-67,P53 positive expression rate was 92.5%and 53.75%,the positive expression of Ki-67 is associated with histological grade (P<0.05) had difference statistically signiifcance, and has nothing to patient's age, tumor size, lymph node metastases and vascular inifltration situation, P>0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance. P 53 positive expression was related to histological grade, lymph node metastasis, tumor size and infiltration, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance,has nothing to do with age P>0.05 had no difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Ki-67,P 53 expression in the triple negative breast plays an important role in malignant degree, tumor cell proliferation ability of judgment, guide the triple negative breast cancer prognosis and treatment.
