为探讨新生代农民工心理生活质量及其对抗挫折心理能力的影响，本研究对随机抽取的453名新生代农民工采用“心理生活质量评价问卷”和“抗挫折心理能力问卷”进行调查。结果发现：新生代农民工心理生活质量和抗挫折心理能力之间相关显著；新生代农民工心理生活质量对抗挫折心理能力有显著正向预测作用。

To explore the new generation of migrant workers’psychological quality of life and its influence on their anti-frustration ability,"the questionnaire of psychological quality of life"and"questionnaire of the anti-frustration ability"were adopted to investigate 453 new generation migrant workers. The results indicate that:The new generation peasant workers' anti-frustration ability is significantly related to their psychological quality of life;The new generation migrant workers' anti-frustration ability has a significant positive prediction for their psychological quality of life.
