目的：探讨院前急救护理配合对急性 ST 段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者门-球囊扩张时间及血清肌酸激酶同工酶 MB(CK-MB)峰值的影响。方法本院院前急救护理流程改善后接诊的45例急性 STEMI 患者，作为改善组，改善护理流程之前43例急性 STEMI 患者，作为未改善组，比较两组患者门-球囊扩张时间及血清 CK-MB 水平峰值的差异。结果与未改善组比较，改善组患者门-球囊扩张时间及血清 CK-MB 水平明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院前急救护理积极配合可缩短急性STEMI 门-球囊扩张时间及降低患者血清 CK-MB 峰值水平。
목적：탐토원전급구호리배합대급성 ST 단태고형심기경사(STEMI)환자문-구낭확장시간급혈청기산격매동공매 MB(CK-MB)봉치적영향。방법본원원전급구호리류정개선후접진적45례급성 STEMI 환자，작위개선조，개선호리류정지전43례급성 STEMI 환자，작위미개선조，비교량조환자문-구낭확장시간급혈청 CK-MB 수평봉치적차이。결과여미개선조비교，개선조환자문-구낭확장시간급혈청 CK-MB 수평명현강저，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론원전급구호리적겁배합가축단급성STEMI 문-구낭확장시간급강저환자혈청 CK-MB 봉치수평。
Objective To investigate the influence of pre-hospital care nursing cooperation on door-to-balloon time and serum creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB) peak value in acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients. Methods There were 45 patients with acute STEMI in our hospital after nursing improvement, and they were in improvement group. Another 43 patients in our hospital before nursing process improvement were in non-improvement group. Differences of door-to-balloon time and serum CK-MB peak value were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the non-improvement group, the improvement group had much lower door-to-balloon time and serum CK-MB peak value. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Pre-hospital care nursing cooperation can shorten door-to-balloon time and reduce serum CK-MB peak value in acute STEMI.
