本文在简要了解乙肝病毒家族聚集性传播途径的基础上，根据各传播途径的特点，不仅对预防乙肝病毒家族聚集性传播最主要途径—母婴传播提出了相应措施，也提出了预防父婴传播和密切接触传播的有效方法，从而为预防乙型肝炎提供参考。
