目的:探讨病案教学法和计算机辅助教学在神经内科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月~2014年12月于我院神经内科实习学生100例,以随机抽样方法分为对照组和观察组,各50例;其中对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组采用病案教学法+计算机辅助教学,比较两组学生出科成绩和教学质量满意度。结果观察组学生出科成绩高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;对照组和观察组学生教学质量满意度分别为82.00%,100.00%;观察组学生教学质量满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论病案教学法和计算机辅助教学在神经内科教学中应用可改善带教工作质量,提高学生理论及操作水平。

Objective To explore the application effects of medical record method and the computer aided method in teaching in department of Neurology. Methods Selected 100 cases internship students who studied in Neurology department from April 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital, divided into the control group and the observation group randomly, each group of 50 cases, the control group adopt conventional teaching method, while the observation group adopt medical record method combined with the computer aided method, compared with two groups grade ended practice and satisfaction rate of teaching quality. Results The observation group grade were higher than control group, P<0.05, had differences statistically significance. The satisfaction rate of teaching quality was 82.00% and 100.00% in two groups respectively. The observation group satisfaction rate of teaching quality were better than the control group, P<0.05, had differences statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Medical record teaching method and the computer aided method apply in the teaching of neurology department can improve the quality of teaching work efficiently and students levels of theory and operation.
