随着海洋科学研究的不断深入,对海流传感器的测量性能提出了更高要求。为了实现对海洋流速的精确测量,文章设计了一种应变式十字梁海流传感器,分析了传感器的贴片位置;在对弹性体关键参数单因素优化的基础上,采用正交试验方法综合分析了弹性体关键参数对其应变和固有频率的影响,结合极差分析方法分析了弹性体关键参数的最优水平及对试验指标影响的主次关系。试验结果表明,经过优化设计后的应变式十字梁海流传感器可测海流范围达到16~1420 mm/s。

With the deepening of scientific research on ocean ,higher requirements for the measuring performance of the ocean current sensor are raised .In order to achieve accurate measurement of the o‐cean flow velocity ,a strain type crossbeam ocean current sensor is designed ,and the strain gauge patch position is analyzed .On the basis of single factor optimization of elastomer ’s key parameters , the influence of elastomer’s key parameters on its strain and inherent frequency is analyzed by using orthogonal experiment method ,and the optimal level of elastomer’s key parameters is studied by u‐sing range analysis method as well as the primary and secondary relations of their impact on test indi‐cators .T he results show that the measurable range of ocean flow velocity of optimized strain type crossbeam ocean current sensor can reach 16 mm/s to 1 420 mm/s .
