目的:分析早产儿与足月适于胎龄儿3岁内体格发育及智能发育情况。方法189例早产儿及足月适于胎龄儿,根据胎龄分成早产儿组(A组,87例)和足月适于胎龄儿组(B组,102例),行为期3年随访,比对两组新生儿0~3岁各时段体格发育及智能发育水平差异。结果在随访的3年间,同一年龄段内A组受试儿体重、身长及胸围等各体格发育指标均明显低于B组受试儿,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同一年龄段内A组受试儿智能发育明显落后于B组受试儿,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿在3岁前,体格发育情况及智力发育情况均不及足月适于胎龄儿,临床应加强此类患儿早期干预力度,予以早期干预训练,以此提高早产儿生活质量。

Objective To analyze physical development and intellectual development in premature infant and term infant appropriate for gestational age in 3 years old.Methods A total of 189 premature infants and term appropriate for gestational age infants were divided by gestational age into premature infant group (group A, 87 cases) and term appropriate for gestational age infant group (group B, 102 cases). Follow-up lasted for 3 years, and comparison was made on differences of physical development and intellectual development between the two groups in each time points during 0~3 years old.Results During the 3-year follow-up, group A had much lower physical development indexes of weight, height and chest circumference than group B, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The group A had much slower development than group B, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Premature infant has poor physical development and intellectual development before 3 years old, compared with term infant appropriate for gestational age. Early intervention should be enhanced for premature infant, and early intervention training should be provided for improving quality of life in premature infant.
