水冷摩托车发动机缸头采用低压铸造毛坯,生产初期出现较严重铸造缺陷,通过对冷却系统、排气系统、浇注系统等重新设计,铸件合格率由初期的30%~40%提高到90%,铸件重要部位的表面质量、综合质量测评等都有显著提高,满足了技术工艺要求。
水冷摩託車髮動機缸頭採用低壓鑄造毛坯,生產初期齣現較嚴重鑄造缺陷,通過對冷卻繫統、排氣繫統、澆註繫統等重新設計,鑄件閤格率由初期的30%~40%提高到90%,鑄件重要部位的錶麵質量、綜閤質量測評等都有顯著提高,滿足瞭技術工藝要求。

Water-cooled motorcycle engine cylinder head adopts low-pressure casting blank.During initial production period,it appears more serious casting defects. Through the re-design of the cooling system,exhaust system and gating system,the qualiifed rate of the cast is improved from the original 30%~40% to 90%,also the surface quality of the important part of the casting and the comprehensive quality assessment have been signiifcantly improved,to meet the technological requirements.
