以铣镗类机床立柱为例,通过对原有工艺进行凝固数值模拟分析,验证了华铸CAE模拟软件能够对易产生缩孔缩松等未知缺陷的部位进行预判。证明铸件在凝固过程中出现的孤立液相区是易形成缺陷的最危险部位。根据模拟结果优化工艺,产成铸件后经理化检测及设计的鉴定,认定各项机械性能指标达到使用要求。

This paper takes the milling and boring machine tool’s column as an example, through the numerical simulation and veriifcation on the original process.The results showed that CAE/InteCast can prejudge the unknown defection. the isolated liquid phase appear during the solidiifcation process ,this is the most dangerous part of the formation of defects.after modified process.The identification of the factory physical and chemical testing center and Design Institute, the mechanical property index reaches the requirement of purposition.
