某大型球铁轴承盖在生产过程中发现存在缩松缺陷,废品率较高。通过利用Magma模拟软件对工艺进行相应改进,调整冒口及冷铁尺寸、改进浇注系统,经过生产验证,其解决了铸件存在的缩松缺陷问题,显著提高了铸件成品率。
某大型毬鐵軸承蓋在生產過程中髮現存在縮鬆缺陷,廢品率較高。通過利用Magma模擬軟件對工藝進行相應改進,調整冒口及冷鐵呎吋、改進澆註繫統,經過生產驗證,其解決瞭鑄件存在的縮鬆缺陷問題,顯著提高瞭鑄件成品率。

A large Nodular iron bearing cover was found some casting defects such us shrinkage porosity in the production process. So its rejection rate was higher.By using of Magma simulation analysis, the casting process was optimized on riser, chill and gating system. Through production veriifcation, the casting defects mentioned above were resolved and the casting yield was improved signiifcantly.
