本文简要叙述了铝合金汽车轮毂的研究与应用历史，介绍了几种常用生产铝合金轮毂的新技术、新工艺。包括铸旋成型新工艺、半固态模锻新工艺以及计算机辅助工程技术、X射线无损检测技术等在铝合金汽车轮毂生产中的应用情况，并对铝合金汽车轮毂生产技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
本文簡要敘述瞭鋁閤金汽車輪轂的研究與應用歷史，介紹瞭幾種常用生產鋁閤金輪轂的新技術、新工藝。包括鑄鏇成型新工藝、半固態模鍛新工藝以及計算機輔助工程技術、X射線無損檢測技術等在鋁閤金汽車輪轂生產中的應用情況，併對鋁閤金汽車輪轂生產技術的髮展趨勢進行瞭展望。
본문간요서술료려합금기차륜곡적연구여응용역사，개소료궤충상용생산려합금륜곡적신기술、신공예。포괄주선성형신공예、반고태모단신공예이급계산궤보조공정기술、X사선무손검측기술등재려합금기차륜곡생산중적응용정황，병대려합금기차륜곡생산기술적발전추세진행료전망。
The research and application history of aluminum alloys used for auto wheels are reviewed summarily. Several new technologies for the production of aluminum alloy auto wheel hub,including the spin casting forming process and semisolid die forging process as well as the application situation of computer aided engineering technology and X ray nondestructive testing technology,are introduced in detail. The prospects of new technologies for the manufacture of aluminum alloy auto wheel hub are predicted.
