目的:是探索复方中药(黄芪、当归和炙甘草)对免疫功能的影响与作用。方法选择小鼠50只,随机分为5组。按照复方中药的给药剂量依次分为高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、对照组、模型对照组。然后环磷酰胺抑制小鼠免疫功能制作免疫抑制模型,对实验及对照组小鼠给药,观察各组小鼠用药后的小鼠IgG、T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+和CD8+的测定、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力的指数。结果对照组和中药组相比小鼠IgG、T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+和CD8+、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力的指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实验未能证实复方中药可以促进特异性细胞和体液免疫功能,但在复方中药的剂量范围使用下对非特异性和体液免疫具有显著促进作用。

목적:시탐색복방중약(황기、당귀화자감초)대면역공능적영향여작용。방법선택소서50지,수궤분위5조。안조복방중약적급약제량의차분위고제량조、중제량조、저제량조、대조조、모형대조조。연후배린선알억제소서면역공능제작면역억제모형,대실험급대조조소서급약,관찰각조소서용약후적소서IgG、T림파세포아군CD4+화CD8+적측정、복강거서세포탄서능력적지수。결과대조조화중약조상비소서IgG、T림파세포아군CD4+화CD8+、복강거서세포탄서능력적지수차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론실험미능증실복방중약가이촉진특이성세포화체액면역공능,단재복방중약적제량범위사용하대비특이성화체액면역구유현저촉진작용。
The purpose of this study is explore the compound Chinese traditional medicine (Huang Qi, angelica and licorice) in-fluence and effect on immune function of the compound traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 50 mice, were randomly divided into 5 groups. According to the compound traditional Chinese medicine dosage is divided into high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group, control group, model control group. Then cyclophosphamide immunosuppressed mice produce immunosuppression model, the experimental and the control group mice, the mice were observed after administration of mouse IgG, T lymphocyte sub-sets CD4+and CD8+ determination, celiac macrophage phagocytic ability index. The statistical results from the data analysis: the control group and Chinese medicine group than in the phagocytosis of mouse IgG, T lymphocyte subsets, CD4+and CD8+in peritoneal macrophages index has significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: the experiment failed to confirm that the compound Chinese medicine can promote specific cellular and humoral immune function of specific, but has significant promoting effect on nonspecif-ic and humoral immunity in the dose range of compound Chinese medicine use.
