目的:探讨低温等离子消融技术治疗伴有腺样体肥大的分泌性中耳炎患儿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析40例伴有腺样体肥大的分泌型中耳炎患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同,将患儿分为对照的(16例)和观察组(24例),比较两组患儿的疗效差异。结果观察组24例分泌性中耳炎患儿,经低温等离子消融技术治疗,总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿,感染、鼓膜穿孔、耳漏等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子消融技术治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广应用。

목적:탐토저온등리자소융기술치료반유선양체비대적분비성중이염환인적림상효과。방법회고성분석40례반유선양체비대적분비형중이염환인적림상자료,근거치료방법불동,장환인분위대조적(16례)화관찰조(24례),비교량조환인적료효차이。결과관찰조24례분비성중이염환인,경저온등리자소융기술치료,총유효솔위91.67%,명현고우대조조적75.00%,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조환인,감염、고막천공、이루등병발증적발생솔명현저우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론저온등리자소융기술치료분비성중이염적림상료효학절,안전가고,치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-temperature plasma ablation technology in the treatment of children of secretory otitis media complicated with adenoidal hypertrophy. Methods Clinical data of 40 secretory otitis media complicated with adenoidal hypertrophy children were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided by different treatment methods into control group (16 cases) and observation group (24 cases). Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group with 24 secretory otitis media children had total effective rate as 91.67% after receiving low-temperature plasma ablation technology. That was obviously higher than 75.00% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had much lower incidences of infection, tympanic membrane perforation, and otorrhea than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Low-temperature plasma ablation technology provides precise effect with safety and reliability in treating secretory otitis media, and it is worth promoting and applying.
