目的：针对地佐辛及芬太尼在纤维支气管镜检查麻醉中的应用效果进行比较。方法随机选择2013年6月-2014年12月期间，该院收治的进行纤维支气管镜检查的患者120例，作为本次研究的对象，将其平均分为对照组和观察组，对照组使用芬太尼麻醉，观察组使用地佐辛麻醉，针对两组患者的心率、血压、血氧饱和度、不良反应、意识恢复时间进行观察比较。结果观察组患者与对照组患者的心率、血压、血氧饱和度、意识恢复时间均有显著差异，观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为1.67%，对照组患者的不良反应发生率为13.33%(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论在纤维支气管镜检查麻醉中，地佐辛的麻醉效果较好，在检查中患者产生的不良反应少，而且检查完成后患者的意识恢复快，可以将其临床麻醉中进行应用。
목적：침대지좌신급분태니재섬유지기관경검사마취중적응용효과진행비교。방법수궤선택2013년6월-2014년12월기간，해원수치적진행섬유지기관경검사적환자120례，작위본차연구적대상，장기평균분위대조조화관찰조，대조조사용분태니마취，관찰조사용지좌신마취，침대량조환자적심솔、혈압、혈양포화도、불량반응、의식회복시간진행관찰비교。결과관찰조환자여대조조환자적심솔、혈압、혈양포화도、의식회복시간균유현저차이，관찰조우우대조조(P<0.05)，차이구유통계학의의。관찰조환자적불량반응발생솔위1.67%，대조조환자적불량반응발생솔위13.33%(P<0.05)，구유통계학의의。결론재섬유지기관경검사마취중，지좌신적마취효과교호，재검사중환자산생적불량반응소，이차검사완성후환자적의식회복쾌，가이장기림상마취중진행응용。
Objective To compare the application effect of dezocine and fentanyl in the Fiberoptic bronchoscopy anesthesia. Methods Randomly selected during June 2013-2014, our hospital of Fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination of 120 cases of pa-tients, as the research object, its average can be divided into control group and observation group,Control group used fentanyl anesthesia,observation group used dezocine anesthesia,In view of the two groups of patients with heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, adverse reactions, consciousness recovery time were observed and compared. Results Observation group of pa-tients and the control of the patient's heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, consciousness recovery time all had sig-nificant difference, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05),there was statistical significance.Observation group of patients with the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.67%, the control group Patients the incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33%(P<0.05), there was statistical significance.Conclusion In fiber bronchoscopy anesthesia,dezocine anesthesia effect is better,fewer adverse reactions, and after the completion of examined the consciousness recovery of patients very fast, so it can be applied in the clinical anesthesia.
